From greve at lowtem.hokudai.ac.jp Wed Apr 28 19:19:55 2021 From: greve at lowtem.hokudai.ac.jp (Ralf Greve) Date: Wed, 28 Apr 2021 19:19:55 +0900 Subject: [SICOPOLIS:115] Reading physical parameters from NetCDF files Message-ID: <2e1682f0-f62c-a4f6-cce6-717c6c951558@lowtem.hokudai.ac.jp> Dear all, I hope this e-mail finds you well. Earlier today, I committed a new revision of SICOPOLIS that allows reading the physical parameters from NetCDF files. Previously, only ASCII was supported. The file types are recognized automatically by the respective extension ('.nc' for NetCDF, otherwise ASCII is assumed). There are two examples for NetCDF physical-parameter files in the repository: sico_in/ant/phys_para_ant_cp10_02.nc sico_in/grl/phys_para_grl_cp10_04.nc Of course, the ASCII files are still in place and can be used as before.
