[SICOPOLIS:101] New mailing list

Dear all,

due to the upcoming shutdown of AWI's FusionForge server, the SICOPOLIS 
mailing list must also move. So, I've set up the new one on the server 
of Hokkaido University and subscribed all users of the previous list for it.

The new address is <sicopolis ＠ ml.hokudai.ac.jp>. Please update your 
bookmarks accordingly. The web interface is at 
<https://ml.hines.hokudai.ac.jp/mailman/listinfo/sicopolis>. 
Unfortunately only in Japanese, really sorry for that... If you don't 
read Japanese, Google Chrome's automatic translation works pretty well. 
Alternatively, just write to <help ＠ sicopolis.net> if you wish to have 
anything changed; I'll then take care of it.
