[SICOPOLIS:105] AWI's FusionForge system shutdown

Dear all,

this is just to inform you that AWI's FusionForge system, which has been 
hosting the Subversion repository of SICOPOLIS, will be shut down for 
good today. So, from now on, it's Git only:

<https://gitlab.awi.de/sicopolis/sicopolis>

Seems to be working fine. However, please let me know if you notice any 
problems. Thanks!
