[SICOPOLIS:11] Reply mails

Dear colleagues,

I have changed the setting for reply mails. From now on, by default they 
will go to the sender only, not to the whole mailing list as before. So 
if you want your reply to be seen by everybody, please make sure to add 
a cc to <sicopolis ＠ ml.hokudai.ac.jp>.
