Dear colleagues,

good news: The subversion repository of SICOPOLIS found its new home in
the GForge system "AWIForge" of the Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar
and Marine Research in Bremerhaven, Germany. Please have a look at
<http://aforge.awi.de/gf/project/sicopolis/>.

As before, anonymous checkout of the source code is possible (user name
"anonymous", blank password):

svn checkout http://aforge.awi.de/svn/sicopolis/trunk sicopolis

For registered developers with permission to commit new code:

svn checkout --username developername
http://aforge.awi.de/svn/sicopolis/trunk sicopolis

(substitute "developername" with the proper value). Of course, if you
wish to check out your personal branch rather than the trunk, "trunk"
must be replaced by the name of the branch.

The currently registered developers are listed at
<http://aforge.awi.de/gf/project/sicopolis/>. Please let me know if you
wish to be included or deleted.

Let me add that I am still negotiating with AWI about signing a formal
document about this service (within the existing AWI/ILTS cooperation
agreement). Therefore, the current status is still pending approval of
long-term support. Please don't be bothered by this issue.

Best regards,

Ralf
